Producer, Executive Innovation Forums, GE (2002-2006) • Produced numerous innovation conferences for GE executives around the world. Developed program themes and topics, sourced/booked speakers, coordinated locations, travel, negotiations, production and logistics.
Producer, Secret Desert Concert with Queensryche for EMI Records (1997) • A radio promotion gig for Queensryche’s album “Hear In The Now Frontier” on EMI Records. The show was referred to by fans as "The Secret Desert Show," or "VLA Show". • In a press release issued about the show, Geoff Tate said: "We had heard of this site for years. We thought this location was the most sophisticated listening post on earth and felt it was particularly appropriate with the theme of our new album." The Very Large Array (VLA) opened in 1980, and contains 27 giant (81-foot) antennas arrainged in a Y pattern. Scientists use the array to observe signals from stars, planets and other astronomical objects. • The performance was broadcast via satellite to 120 rock radio stations around the country. The band played an hour and a forty-five minutes although only eight songs were broadcast live on the air. The location was not disclosed prior to the event. (MTV)
